Moxie Labs v2 is searching for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accurate invoices are issued, payments are tracked, and customer accounts are maintained. You will collaborate with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies and provide exceptional support to our clients regarding their billing inquiries. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor and track payments, applying them to the appropriate accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed and organized billing records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to handle billing adjustments and credit memos as necessary.
• Assist in preparing reports related to billing trends, outstanding payments, and account reconciliations.
• Stay updated on changes in billing regulations and practices to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and accounting principles.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
