Responsibilities:
- Coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application changes in ServiceNow.
- Working with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements.
- Gathering and documenting user and process requirements, functional requirements, and developing technical requirements.
- Developing workflow customizations.
- Supporting service transformation teams.
- Creating and evaluating user stories and developing against them in ServiceNow.
- Developing integrations using JDBC/SQL/SOAP/REST with various systems.
- Performing research into technology partner or other vendor solutions (Preferred).
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in software development.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Experience in the ServiceNow Discovery module, including implementation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding and solutioning capabilities in ServiceNow Global scope and foundational data (Location, Organization, CMDB).
- In-depth experience and solutioning capabilities using Scoped Applications.
- Working knowledge of Service Catalog development.
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM products.
- Experience developing integrations using JDBC/SQL/SOAP/REST.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Researching technology partner or other vendor solutions in context of client requirements for integration.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and ability to demonstrate hands-on expertise.
- Experience in collaborative environments using agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently towards agreed targets/goals with a creative approach.
- Strong time management and adaptability to change.
- Proven interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge through continuous learning.
