Primary Responsibilities of the Sales & Outreach Coordinator:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage new and existing customers through outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify target audiences and create customized outreach initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with local communities, businesses, and customers to foster trust and loyalty
  • Manage outreach events, campaigns, and promotions to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on outreach performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve sales goals
  • Assist with training and guiding new team members on outreach best practices

Key Requirements for the Sales & Outreach Coordinator:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with a variety of audiences
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach preferred but not required
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to reach new customers
  • Willingness to travel to various outreach events and locations as needed
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping communities and building connections
