Job Description

As a Receptionist for our Social Security Disability consulting firm you will be the ambassador of our company's first impressions on the guests and visitors.

• It is your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming guests, visitors and members, help them with directions or any appropriate information that they need while maintaining a high level of company confidentiality. 
• You will be professionally answering phone calls in a polite tone and re-directing calls to respective departments. 
• Also as the receptionist, you will perform various front desk duties including filing, handling and re-directing mail, assist with general appearance of the office etc., assuming administrative authority for your responsibilities. 
• Team driven work environment.

Qualifications: 

• Customer Service Experience 2+ years preferred.
• Awesome Communication Skills.
• Time Management Guru.
• Able to think outside the box.
• Self motivated.
• Pleasant phone personality.
• Organized.
• Team player.
• Multitask capability without compromising on quality.
• Proficient in office technology, such as Microsoft Word, outlook, Excel.
• Dependable and punctual.
• A background check must be passed to be considered for this position.
