What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Marketing Manager with public relations and outreach campaigns for charity and nonprofit clients

• Help plan and execute promotional marketing events and community activations

• Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring a seamless and engaging onsite experience for supporters

• Communicate effectively with donors, supporters, and the public to promote causes and events

• Develop branded marketing materials and manage visual merchandising displays at outreach events

• Track event metrics including foot traffic, engagement, inventory, and campaign data

• Support community outreach strategies to expand reach and enhance campaign effectiveness

• Maintain strong relationships with event venues, suppliers, volunteers, and partners

• Identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and community involvement
