Job Description

Overview: The Office Coordinator provides clerical support to the Environmental Services Department including - filing, telephone work orders, inventories, ordering supplies, maintaining records, setting appointments, department meeting coordination, among other duties. Responsibilities: Answer telephone, take and deliver messages according to department communication standards.Answers housekeeping requests from hospital staff and dispatches them to appropriate housekeeper.Assists in the coordination of administrative and staffing activities in assigned department.Maintains department procedure manuals to comply with regulatory requirements.Performs a variety of clerical duties in support of maintaining, compiling, auditing, and/or processing files.Performs secretarial duties for the Environmental Services Department. Qualifications:

Education: H.S. Diploma/GED

Work Experience: Administrative assistant

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $15.62per hour - $25.3per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
