Job Description

We are hiring an HR Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruiting (probably 85% of the job)
• Managing the Point System and issuing disciplinary notices/warnings as needed
• Onboarding new hires
• Compliance Training: Setting up video trainings
• Issuing out 90-day evaluations
• Assist with leave of absences management

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3 years experience in human resources.
• Must have experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

HUGE PLUS:
• Bilingual Spanish
