Draft Note Design We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and special gatherings. You will be the backbone of our event operations, ensuring that every detail is managed to perfection.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of various events such as corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all services are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Help maintain event budgets, processing invoices and tracking expenses to ensure costs stay within budget.
Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media, email communications, and other channels.
Prepare event materials, including registration packets, signage, and promotional items, ensuring all items are ready before the event.
Provide on-site support during events, helping with setup, registration, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in event planning or related experience in customer service.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and vendors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software or tools.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
