Job Description

We are dedicated to enriching our community by providing support and services that enhance the environment we live in. We organize community outreach events across the Baton Rouge, area, utilizing strategic marketing initiatives to educate the public and raise awareness about the missions of our charity partners. We are looking for a Charity Community Member to join our team as we continue to expand our community events and fundraising efforts.

Charity Community Member Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Representation: Act as the face of the company, and our charity partners at community events, effectively communicating their missions and goals to enhance visibility and support.
  • Marketing Implementation: Execute marketing strategies and deliver presentations at outreach events to engage potential donors and drive fundraising success.
  • Donor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing donors, encouraging long-term participation and commitment to fundraising initiatives.
  • Event Coordination: Manage the scheduling of community events, appearances, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  • Donor Management Oversight: Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor and maintain the donor management system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of donor activities.

Charity Community Member Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, non-profit organizations, outreach activities, or relevant fundraising certifications or training.
  • Strong creativity and persuasive communication skills.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
