Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Fountain Valley, California. You will play a key part in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This position involves handling accounts payable. Responsibilities: - Handle accounts payable tasks, including processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, payable vouchers, and invoices. - Compile financial data to assist in the creation of routine reports and maintain accurate departmental records. - Perform coding and processing of invoices to ensure accurate payment and financial tracking. - Conduct check runs to facilitate timely payments. - Support special assignments and related duties as required to meet organizational needs. Requirements - Proven experience in accounts payable functions. - Strong skills in coding invoices and processing payments. - Familiarity with conducting check runs and managing invoice processing. - Ability to compile financial data and prepare accurate reports. - Proficiency in maintaining financial records and performing reconciliations. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
